Full Automatic Block Making Machinery

Full Automatic Block Making Machinery

The Fully Automatic Block Making Machinery is entirely controlled by a PLC system, operated via its user-friendly computer interface. This enables easy random signal analysis, fault diagnosis, and parameter setting for a wide variety of materials.

The machine features an electro-hydraulic proportional valve within its vibrating system. This allows for low-frequency material feeding and high-frequency shape vibration. Additionally, board-said devices are installed on the vibration table, positioned 1–1.55 mm lower than the table itself. When the vibration box drops, these devices support the pallets, thereby reducing pressure on the vibration box and increasing vibration force. This results in blocks with higher density and controls the block height with an accuracy of within 1 mm.

The rake feeding system, equipped with a multi-row of stirring forks, quickly and evenly discharges materials into the moulding box for consistent quality.

The moulds are interchangeable according to production needs, allowing the machine to produce a wide range of blocks including standard bricks, cellular bricks, grass planting tiles, decorative bricks, and pavement bricks.
