Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen machine features a simple structure that allows for easy maintenance and stable operation, ensuring high reliability and increased production yields. Its design incorporates either a punching sieve or steel sieve mesh to effectively prevent blockage during operation. The sieve beam and screen box are connected using high-strength bolts without any welding, enhancing durability and simplifying repairs. Additionally, the use of a perforated sieve plate extends the mesh’s service life and further reduces the risk of blockage.

 

To minimise noise pollution and provide smooth, consistent vibrations, the machine employs rubber vibration springs. Its large dip angle structure improves screening efficiency and increases handling capacity, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. The innovative hooked riveting with lock rivet design ensures a sturdy and durable framework. Customised configurations are available to suit the personalised requirements of different customers and industries, delivering the optimal screening performance tailored to meet diverse operational needs.
