Hydraulic CNC Forging Manipulator Guide
A hydraulic CNC forging manipulator is used to control the movement of hot workpieces during open die forging. It is especially useful for heavy billets, long shafts, ingots and forged parts that cannot be handled safely by manual methods.
The hydraulic system provides strong clamping force, stable lifting movement and reliable billet rotation. This allows the manipulator to work together with an open die forging press or open die forging hammer during each stage of the forging process.
The forging manipulator can be selected according to workpiece weight, billet size, clamping range and production layout. Different jaw designs can also be considered for round billets, shafts or pancake-shaped forgings.
For forging plants looking to improve safety and productivity, a CNC hydraulic forging manipulator can be an important upgrade. Wiz Machinery supplies manipulators and can help match the correct equipment to your forging line.
